The graph of $y = 4 x - x^{2} - 3$ is shown in image

put $x = 0$ in equation,we will get $y = - 3$

and if we out $y = 0$ ,we will get $x = 1, 3$
hence $(1, 0), (3, 0)$ and $(0, - 3)$ are point of intersection with co-ordinate axis.
