Draw the graph of the following equations:

(i) 3x + 4 = 2(x + 5)

$3 x + 4 = 2 (x + 5)$
$\Rightarrow 3 x + 4 = 2 x + 10$
$\Rightarrow x = 6$
This equation is of the form x = a.
Hence, graph of this equation is a line parallel to Y-axis at a distance of 6 units in the positive direction of X-axis.
