Draw the graph of the given quadratic equation y=x22x

The given quadratic equation is y=x22x. When we substitute different values of x in the equation y=x22x then value of y changes accordingly.

When x=0 then

y=(0)2(2×0)=00=0

The point is (0,0)

When x=1 then

y=(1)2(2×1)=12=1

The point is (1,1)

When x=1 then

y=(1)2(2×1)=1+2=3

The point is (1,3)

Hence, the coordinates are (0,0), (1,1) and (1,3)and the graph of the quadratic equation y=x22x is as shown above.
