$x + y + 3 = 0$
then
$y = - 3 - x$
x -1 0 1
y -2 -3 -4

$3 x - 2 y + 4 = 0$
then
$x = \frac{2 y - 4}{3}$
x -1 2 5
y -2 0 2
The point of intersection is (-1, -2)
