As $AC=AR$ hence
$\angle C=\angle R=\theta$ (say)
then ${60}^{\circ }+\theta +\theta ={180}^{\circ }$
$$\therefore 2\theta ={120}^{\circ }\text{or}\theta ={60}^{\circ }$$
Hence, it is a equilateral triangle.
