Solution

Rate of 1 jeans =Rs. 1990

Total number of jeans =1

So the net amount for jeans =1990×1=Rs. 1900

Discount on 1 jeans =25% of net amount of jeans =25% of 1900=Rs. 475

Rate of 1 shirt =Rs. 1500

Total number of shirts =2

So the net amount of shirts =1500×2=Rs. 3000

Discount on 25% of net amount of shirts =25% of 3000=Rs. 750

Total discount amount =475+750=1225

Total amount without discount =1900+3000=Rs. 4900

Total amount with Discount =Rs. 49001225=Rs. 3675
