$24=2\times 2\times 2\times 3$

LCM$(32,24)=2\times 2\times 2\times 2\times 2\times 3=96$

In $1$ pack = $24$ pencils

$96$ pencils = $4\times 24$ = $4$packs

$32$ crayon = $1$ packs

$96$ crayon = $3\times 32$ crayons = $3$packs

Hence, we have to buy $4$ packs of pencils and $3$ pack of crayons.
