The correct option is B H2 and O2
The discharge potential of Cu2+ ions is lower than H+ ions. Hence Cu2+ ions will be liberated at cathode in preference to H+ ions. When during first seven minutes, all the copper is liberated at cathode, the hydrogen will start liberating.
The discharge potential of OH ions is lower than SO24 ions. Hence OH ions will be liberated at anode (in the form of O2 molecule) in preference to SO24 ions.

Option B is correct.
