1.Unwindase
2.Topo isomerase
3.DNA polymerase
4.Gyrase
i wonder that the answer must be topo isomerase right.and also gyrase is a type of isomerase .

DNA Helicase Also known as helix destabilizing enzyme. Helicase separates the two strands of DNA at the Replication Fork behind the topoisomerase. so the answer should be DNA helicase but since that is not in option so DNA polymerase is the correct answer.
