Solution
The correct option is A Both A and B
Development of embryo
During sexual reproduction the haploid male and the female gametes are formed by meiotic division in the respective gonads. The gametes fuse to form a diploid single celled zygote which then undergoes cleavage (repeated mitotic divisions) to form an embryo. The embryo undergoes differentiation(specialisation) to form different embryonic germ layers that will further divide and differentiate to form the different tissues and organs. Cell division and differentiation helps the embryo to develop into a new individual.
