Solution

In 1804, the Civil Code also known as Napoleonic Code was introduced which for the first time demolished privileges based on birth, established equality before law and secured the right to property. The base of liberal democracy was set up after the establishment of the Napoleonic Code. But it did not provide the right to vote to women and non-propertied class. So they had to struggle demanding equal political rights and freedom.
