Morning sunlight contains much amount of Vitamin D , so every morning sunlight are good for health.
But considering winter mornings, it will be so cold outside. Also body becomes so cold comparitively i.e low amount of heat will be present in the body. . Man need a particular amout of heat in the body. Also sunlight is a good source of heat .
So inorder to increase the heat (to decrease the cold effect) , the man will stand in sun rays.
