$\therefore$ Actual cost of 156 issues $=156\times 100=1560$
Cost of subscription of 156 issues
$=\frac{156\times 70}{100}=Rs.1092$
$\therefore Costof1issue=\frac{1092}{156}=Rs.7$

Actual cost of 52 issues $=52\times 10=Rs.520$
Cost of subscription of 52 issues
$=\frac{520\times 75}{100}=Rs.390$
$\therefore$ Cost of 1 issue $=\frac{390}{2}=Rs.7.5$

$\therefore$ difference per issue on subscription
$=Rs.7.5-Rs.7$
$=Rs.0.5=50paise$
