As per statement (1) as $\angle 1=\angle 2=\angle 3$ we have an equilateral triangle. So, we can have two sides equated as equal to each other and solve for t, or

9t + 1 = 6t + 10 or t = 3

Therefore, perimeter will be 3 x t = 3 x 3 = 9 Statement (2), is inconclusive.
