The correct option is C centrifugal force is more equator than at poles.
Earth rotates about its own axis hence it has centrifugal force acting on it.
Centrifugal force is greater at equator because of large radius. During formation of earth when it was in molten state, mass from poles came towards equator creating bulge at equator and flat at poles.
