The correct option is C 143μF
The points C and D will be at same potentials since, 36=48. Therefore, capacitance of 2μF will be unaffected. So, the equivalent circuit can be shown as the effective capacitance in upper in series, is given by
C1=3×63+6=189=2μF
The effective capacitance in lower arm in series is given by
C2=4×84+8=3212=83μF
Hence, the resultant capacitance in parallel given by
C=C1+C2=2+83=143μF.
