The correct option is B F
Either DBG sit clockwise or anti-clockwise. If they sit anti-clockwise, H is third left to B and thus, A is 3rd right to B. But in this way, C can't be between A and G.
Thus, D-B-G sit clockwise. Thus H is third left to B and thus, A is 3rd right to B. Also, C is between A and G, thus, 2nd right to B. E is not opposite B which means E is 2nd left to B and thus, F is 4th left to B.
