Electricity consumed by all the fans = 14 × 11 × 80 w-hr

Energy consumed by all the coolers = 9 × 5 × 200 w-hr

$∴$ Required per cent = $\frac{14 \times 11 \times 80}{9 \times 5 \times 200} \times 100 = 136.88 %$
