The reaction taking place on the given reaction are,
Mn2++2H2OMnO2+2H++H2

Amount of current is given by,
m=Z×I×t

I=mF×xt×M

=1000g×96500×224×60×60×86.9

I=25.70A

Now current efficiency=25.727×100=95.185 %

Hence,option B is correct answer.
