"Electrons can jump from one orbit to other orbit. They cannot flow from one orbit to another" Justify.

Electrons move in hypothetical stationary orbits around nucleus which do not follow maxwell's law of electrodynamics. If they flow from one orbit to another they will collapse into nucleus. Also the energy is quantised in each orbit (postulate).
