Solution

The correct option is A Glucose
Cellulose is a polysaccharide. It is formed by the linkage of beta 1,4 linkage of glucose unit. It does not has free aldehyde group. It is a fibrous polysaccharide as it exist in form of long chain like structure and are mainly found in plants.
Cellulase enzyme breaks the glycosidic linkage between the glucose molecule of cellulose and converts the cellulose into glucose. The enzymes hydrolyze β -1,4 linkages in the cellulose chains.
