Solution

Dear Student

According to the law of conservation of energy: Energy can not be created not be destroyed but can be converted from one form of energy to the another form of energy.
Let's put proofs from common things around us

1. When two magnets attracts each other then potential energy stored in the magnets converts into the sound energy as well as kinetic energy. Hence overall energy of the system remains same.

2. If you raise a book to height, then your muscular energy is converted to the gravitational potential energy of the book.

3.
A torch cell converts one form of energy into another. i.e. chemical energy into light energy.
