(i) Difficulty in setting quantitative standards: Control system loses its effectiveness when standards cannot be defined in quantitative terms. This makes it difficult to compare and measure the performance with the standards. This may lead to creating problems in human behaviour, job satisfaction, and employee morale.
(ii) Resistance from employees: Control system is often not liked by the employees. They see it as a restriction imposed on them.
