NaOH+NaHC2O4Na2C2O4+H2O
1 mole of NaOH reacts with 1 mole of NaHC2O4.
In acidic medium, MnO4+5eMn2+
and C2O24CO2+2e
On balancing we get, that 2 moles of KMnO4 react with 5 moles of NaHC2O4 or 1 mole of KMnO4 reacts with 52 moles of NaHC2O4.
Hence, required ratio=1:52=2:5
