Millimoles added 0.02 V 0.0004 x V 0 0
Suppose V mL of both are mixed,
[Ca2+]=0.02V2V and [SO24]=0.0004V2V

[Ca2+][SO24]=0.02V2V×0.0004V2V=2×106

Thus, [Ca2+][SO24] in solution <Ksp
So, precipitate will not form.
