$\frac{r_{A}}{r_{B}} = \frac{\frac{V}{20}}{\frac{V}{10}} = \sqrt{\frac{M_{B}}{M_{A}}}$

Where rate(r) = $\frac{V o l u m e d i f f u s e s}{T i m e i n t e r v a l}$ .

Simplifying we get,
