L.C.M of 19 and 7 is 133.
$$\begin{gathered} \therefore \frac{11}{19}=\frac{11\times 7}{19\times 7}=\frac{77}{133} \\ \mathrm{And}\frac{4}{7}=\frac{4\times 19}{7\times 19}=\frac{76}{133} \end{gathered}$$
Denominators of both the numbers are same; therefore, the rational number with the greater numerator will be greater.
$$\begin{gathered} \therefore \frac{77}{133}>\frac{76}{133} \\ \therefore \frac{11}{19}>\frac{4}{7} \end{gathered}$$
