Equation for reaction Between milk of lime and chlorine gas

Dear student. Milk of lime is suspension of Calcium hydroxide in water, which has a milky appearance. When Ca(OH) 2 reacts with Chlorine gas we get calcium oxychkoride and water. The reaction is - Ca(OH)2+Cl2 =CaOCl2 + H2O. Regards
