The correct option is C

Comparing with y=acos (wt+kx ϕ),

We get k=2πλ=0.02λ=100 cm

Also, it is given that phase difference between particles ϕ=π2. Hence path difference between them

=λ2π×ϕ=λ2π×π2=λ4=1004=25 cm
