Therefore a = -b ---------(i)
and the line passes through (4,-5)
$⟹$ $\frac{4}{a}+\frac{-5}{b}=1$ -------(ii)

By solving it we get a = 9 and b = -9

$\therefore$ the required equation of line is$x-y=9$
