(a) H3PO2 has one ionisable hydrogen (monobasic acid)
H3PO2H2PO2+H+
Hence, equivalent weight=molecular weight
(b)H3PO3(dibasic)HPO23+2H+
Hence, equivalent weight=molecularweight2
(c)H3PO4(tribasic)PO34+3H
Hence, equivalent weight=molecularweight3
