ROUNDOFF THE NUMBER :
The tens digit is the digit that is second from last in a number, before the ones digit. (If you're looking at 12, look at the number 2.) Then, if that number is less than 5, keep the rounding number the same; if it is greater than or equal to 5 round the roundingnumber up one digit.

it can round up as 2.0

it can be round up as 0.946 as the last digit is greater than 5
similarly again it is rounded up as 0.95 and
finally to 2.0

as the last digit is 5 we can't round up or round down so the number will remian same as 0.5
