We know,

Let there are x number of pizzas that Eva eats in 4 hours.

As the ratio remains the same,
$\Rightarrow 1:30::x:240$
$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{30}=\frac{x}{240}$

By cross-multiplication, we get
$1\times 240=x\times 30$
$x=\frac{240}{30}$
$\Rightarrow x=8$

$\therefore$ Eva will eat 8 pizzas in 4 hour.
