To evaluate an expression , we must first simplify the expression below the vinculum, then inside the small bracket , then inside the curly bracket , and finally inside the square bracket using the DMAS rule,

Thus, $46 - [26 - (14 - (15 - 4 \div 2 \times 2))]$

$= 46 - [26 - (14 - (15 - 2 \times 2))]$

[Division : $4 \div 2 = 2 inside ()]$

$= 46 - [26 - (14 - (15 - 4))]$

[Multiplication : $2 \times 2 = 4 inside ()]$

$= 46 - [26 - (14 - 11)]$
[Removing small bracket]

$= 46 - [26 - 3]$

[Removing curly bracket]

$= 46 - 23$
[Removing square bracket]

$= 23$

$∴$ The value of $46 - [26 - (14 - (15 - 4 \div 2 \times 2))]$ is $23$ .
