So Dividing $53 = 50 + 3$ and $55 = 50 + 5$
So we get, $(50 + 3) (50 + 5)$
Using formula $(x + a) (x + b)$ = $x^{2} + (a + b) x + a b$
= $50^{2} + [(3 + 5) 60] + (3) (5)$
= $2500 + 480 + 15$
