Step: Find the value

To find: $6 - 8 - (- 6) \div 2$

On applying the DMAS rule,

$6 - 8 - (- 6) \div 2 = 6 - 8 - \frac{(- 6)}{2}$

$= 6 - 8 - (- 3)$

$= 6 - 8 + 3$

$= 9 - 8$

$= 1$

$∴ 6 - 8 - (- 6) \div 2 = 1$

Hence, the required value is $1$ .
