Step 1: Solve both brackets separately
$\Rightarrow [(- 6) + 5] = [- 1]$ and
$[(- 2) + 1] = [- 1]$
Step 2: Perform the division process
We know that
When we divide a negative integer by a negative integer, first we simplify the signs and put a positive sign(+) and then we divide them as whole numbers.
$\Rightarrow [- 1] \div [- 1] = \frac{- 1}{- 1} = \frac{1}{1} = 1$
