Even when the rain is falling vertically downwards, the front screen of a moving car gets wet whereas the back screen remains dry comparatively. Explain.

During the motion, the relative velocity of rain with respect to car is inclined to the horizontal direction in backward direction.
Hence, most of the rain water comes in contact with the front screen, whereas only a very small part comes in contact with back screen. This results wetting of front screen and mostly dry for back screen.
