Let's find the common multiple of these days so that we can find out on which day he has both of them together.

Here we wrote the multiples till 30 only as in the month of February we can have a max number of days.
Since he had both the shakes on 1st February, so he will have them again together after 10 and 20 days from this, i.e., 11th and 21st February.
Thus, he will have the shakes together 3 times in the month of February.
