For a quadrilateral to be a rhombus
It's all sides should be equal.
It's opposite angles should be equal and sum of adjacent angles should be

Squares is the only other quadrilateral which fits into all properties of rhombus.

For a quadrilateral to be a square
it's all sides should be equal.
