LHL at x=0,

limx0f(x)=limh0f(0h)=limh0f(h)

limh03(h)2=limh03h2=2

RHL at x=0,

limx0+f(x)=limh0f(0+h)=limh0f(h)

limh0h+1=1

limx0f(x)limx0+f(x)

Hence f(x) is discontinuous at x=0.
