Examples of complex tissue
A tissue is a group of cells having similar structure, function and origin.
So complex tissues are having different types of tissues with similar function.
In plants vascular tissues (xylem and phloem) are one of the examples of complex tissues.
In xylem itself there are four different types of tissues i.e.- xylem parenchyma, xylem fibre or sclerenchyma, xylem vessels and tracheids. These tissues are different in their structure but they have one goal as function to transport water from soil through root hairs to the different parts of the plant.
