(6x+11)(6x-11) is of the form (a+b)(a-b)=a²-b²
therefore
(6x+11)(6x-11)=(6x)²-11²=36x²-121

or
(6x+11)(6x-11)=6x(6x-11)+11(6x-11)
=(36x²-66x)+(66x-121)
=36x²-121
