b) ZIFT stand for Zygote Intrafallopian Transfer.

ZIFT is a combination of in vitro fertilization and GIFT.

In this method, eggs are collected using IVF technique. They are then mixed with sperm in the laboratory. The fertilized eggs are inserted into to the fallopian tubes of the female. The zygote is then carried into the uterus where it gets implanted and grows.
