1. Voting by show of hands - It refers to voting that is cast for any resolution where the members use their hands to vote for or against the resolution and proxies cannot vote in such a case.
2. Voting by poll- It refers to a system where polling paper is distributed among the members present at the meeting, in person or by proxy, to have the voting right in the poll in proportion of the number of shares held by each of them.
3. Voting through mobile- In this system of vote every shareholder use his/her mobile to cast a vote for or against the motion. It is also referred to as an electronic form of voting.
4. Voting by ballot- It is a system where the vote is cast by every member of the meeting electronically using a device called ballot to vote for or against the resolution to the extent of shares held by each of them.
