Calculate
(a) The heat produced in each resistor due to the flow of current in 20 s.
(b) The power developed across each resistor.

Dear Student,
net resistance = 5+15=20ohm
Current in each resistor = 10/20 = 0.5A

Heat Produced=$I^{2}RT$
for resistor 1, heat = 0.5x0.5x5x20 = 25J
for resistor 2, heat= 0.5x0.5x15x20 =75J

Power developed = I²xR
