Explain how an electric cell helps a bulb glow.

Solution

An electric cell has two terminals and a bulb also has terminals connected to a filament inside the bulb. When the terminals of the bulb are connected to that of the electric cell by wires, current passes through the filament of the bulb. This makes the bulb glow.
