Humans in itself are considered a resource. So, that is why it is called human resources. People can make the best use of nature to create more resources by applying the knowledge, skill and the technology.

Improving the quality of people’s skills, health and education so that they are able to create more resources is very important. This way they can contribute towards the progress of the country. If human resources are not fully developed, this may hamper the development of other resources since it is the humans who make use of other resources properly and develop new resources.
