(a) Right to representation- effective representatives can describe what their constituency does (not just what they themselves do), how they do it, when they do it and why. They can either see how their constituency’s knowledge and experience relates to that of the others at the table or they can work towards an understanding of those relativities and relationships.
(b) Right to be Informed Every consumer has a right to be informed about the ingredients, date of manufacturing, expiry date, quantity, directions for use, etc (to be put on the label of product).
(c) Right to be Informed The consumer has a right to have complete information about the product, he intends to buy including its ingredients, date of manufacture, price, quality, quantity, directions for use, etc
