Optical center
The optical center of a lens is referred to as a point on the principal axis through which light rays pass without any deviation.
Alternatively, it can be defined as the center of the lens through which the light beam passes without deviation.
It is marked with the letter O in the figure. Therefore, the optical center is the center of the lens.
